CARNAL KNOWLEDGE

Description

On 7th May 2013 at about 4:30pm, acting on information received, Police visited an abandoned concrete house in the Belama Area, Belize City. At the abandoned house was 26 year old, Edwin Emmanuel COYE along with a 14 year old Student. They were both escorted to the Police Station where they met the mother of the minor and a social worker. The minor reported that on 6th May 2013, sometime after 3:00pm, COYE met her at a bus stop where she followed him to the abandoned house and had sexual intercourse with him. Sometime between 4:00pm and 4:30pm, on 7th May 2013, she met him at the bus stop again where upon his request, she went with him to the same abandoned house and he had sexual intercourse with her. Police has since detained Edwin COYE pending charge of Carnal Knowledge.
