MURDER Delone VERNON

Description

On Monday, 17th June 2013 at 9:00pm, Police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they saw Delone VERNON, 31 year old Office Assistant and Resident of Belize City, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the right upper abdomen and Sherna MILLER, 32 year old Housewife of Belize City, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the left arm and right leg. Initial investigations revealed that, on 17th June 2013 at 8:50pm, while Delone VERNON was socializing at the residence of Sherna MILLER when a male person, dressed in a black jacket with a hood over his head, entered armed with a firearm. He fired several shots in their direction causing the above mentioned injuries. Delone VERNON succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment and was pronounced dead at 9:10pm that night. Sherna MILLER was admitted to ward in a stable condition. VERNON's body now awaits a postmortem examination. Police are investigating and are seeking a Belize City man for questioning.
