MURDER Elias SANTOS

Description

On Monday 17th June 2013 at 8:05am, Hattieville Police visited a house under construction by CP Building Construction Company in the Western Pines Community on the George Price Highway. Upon arrival, Police observed the body of a Hispanic male person, without shirt and wearing a black ¾ jean long pants, with a large cut wound to the forehead and a small cut wound to the right side of the face and back of his head. Initial investigations revealed that the deceased was last seen alive by his employer at about 5:00pm on Sunday, 16th June 2013, when he dropped him off in Belize City. The deceased had been working with the Company for about three weeks and was granted permission to stay in the house. There was no sign of forced entry observed and nothing ascertained as stolen or damaged. The body has been identified as that of Elias SANTOS, 24yrs. The body was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital Morgue where he was pronounced dead at 11:45am. The body now awaits a postmortem examination. Police are investigating.
