MURDER Julia Jennie MORAN

Description

On Wednesday, 12th June 2013 at about 12:15pm, Caye Caulker Police visited the residence of Julia Jennie MORAN, 28 year old Belizean Domestic, located in the Black Neighborhood Area in Caye Caulker Village. Her apparently lifeless body was seen on the bed in one of the bedroom, covered with some sheet and blankets. The body was inspected where it was observed to have multiple chop wounds. Information received from neighbors is that, on the same date around 1:00am, they heard noises coming from the house and at about 3:00am her husband, Serjio MORAN along with their child were seen leaving the area. No sign of forced entry was observed, the only door to the house was locked and had to be broken open. A machete, knife and papers with writing were retrieved as evidence. The body was pronounced dead at 12:47pm. The body of Julia MORAN was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital Morgue. Police investigations continue.
