ROBBERY

Description

A 47 year old Plant Supervisor, working at BWEL located at 3 ½ miles on the Stann Creek Valley Road and Resident of Hope Creek Village, reported that, on 11th June 2013 at about 3:00pm, he was in his office at the above mentioned work address when two male persons of dark complexion; one armed with a shotgun and the other armed with a machete, entered his establishment. One of the men ordered him not to move. The male with the firearm hit him behind his head, causing a large cut wound. The thieves then proceeded to search the table and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the day’s sales. They also took his wallet which contained personal documents. Thereafter, they made good their escape. Police have since detained one man in regards to the incident and are looking for the other.
