MURDER

Description

On Tuesday, 28th May 2013, at about 8:40am Ladyville police visited an area 2 miles north of Burrell Boom Village where the body of a male person was seen face down in the water wearing only a red, green and yellow striped polo shirt. Further checks made on the body revealed that the left foot and left hand (up to the elbow) were missing. The body was in an advance state of decomposition, but tattoos on the body were identifiable. Several cut wounds were on the right foot, right hand and on the back of the body. The body was later identified as that of Ellis Emmanuel DAWSON, 37 year old of New Site Area Sandhill. A postmortem examination conducted on the body revealed the cause of death to be exsanguinations, external bleeding due to multiple wounds from sharp instrument type
