Description

On 21st May 2013 at 3:15pm, a 33 year old Bus Driver of San Antonio Village reported that he parked his yellow school bus in the Savannah area, in San Ignacio Town. He was waiting for students to board the bus to be taken back home to San Antonio Village when two young men, between ages 13 and 15, ran inside his bus an attacked one of the student who was seated at the rear of the bus. Seeing that, he got up and walked to the back of the bus to see what the matter was. He reportedly saw the two male persons cursing a student in the bus, so he approached them and told them that type of behavior was not accepted inside the bus. It was then that one of the male persons, known to him, stood up and threw a punched at his face, but missed. Th complainant then grabbed him by the shoulder and held him down yelling for help and for someone to call the police. The accomplice, also known to him, jumped out of the back door and picked up a stone. He threw it at the complainant, hitting him to his left upper arm. Both minor then ran towards the river side, making good their escape. The doctor certified the complainant's injuries to be harm. Police are seeking the two minors.
