INDECENT ASSAULT

On Tuesday, 21st May 2013, at 3:00pm, a 25 year old woman of San Ignacio Town reported to Police that on Friday, 17th May 2013 at 1:00pm, she was passing on a street where she saw a Traffic Warden known to her as "Lingos" or Mr. PINELO, at his house. While passing, he told her that he needed to speak with her. She then went into the yard where they both began to talk. He reportedly proceeded to advance to her and hugged her in a forceful manner. He allegedly asked her to go with him into his room, but she told him only to talk nothing else. They went into the room where he allegedly attempted to have sex with her against her will. Police have since detained Emil PINELO, Belizean Traffic Warden at San Ignacio Town Board, pending charges for Indecent Assault.
